Nearfield (“we”, “us”) operates https://nearfield.club. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and, where you opt in, to email you.

Information we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe. We use it to send the updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Usage & device data — standard server and CDN logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed), retained briefly for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
• Outbound click data — when you click a product link we record that the click happened (and to which product) so we can measure which recommendations are useful. Links may carry a tracking identifier.

Affiliate disclosure

Nearfield participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. When you buy through links on this site we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability shown are point-in-time and set by the retailer.

Cookies and tracking

We use only what's needed to operate the site and understand aggregate performance. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party platforms we link to or embed (for example Pinterest) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN), our email provider (to deliver messages you opt into), and retail/affiliate and social platforms (Amazon, Pinterest, Meta) when you follow their links or we distribute content. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA, UK, or California) you may have additional rights; we honor valid requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above when we do.
